Elysher has been dancing since her schooling days. She is an all time cultural dance performer in school and a very flexible dancer. She joins D’StarZ in 2011 and is deeply involved in various dance styles since then.

Being a K-pop fan herself, she is able to pick-up the entire K-pop Music Video dance moves in split seconds and share the dance with all K-pop lovers. Her youthful and cheerful approach will keep you delight throughout the class.

Born in the 80’s, Sakae have been dancing for almost 14 years in China. He started with 90’s hip-hop and locking and move on to other styles of street dancing such as soul dance and punking.

He has took part in many performances and have participated in some worldwide and national dancing competitions such as Juste Debout, Japan Dance Delight in Shanghai, KOD, from which he made good friends with Kato (from D’oam, Osaka, Japan); In the Circle (a local underground all style battle), he got to know Hongou (from HexBex, Osaka, Japan) and Takesaburo (from XXX-Large, Tokyo, Japan) and cooperated with them to stage a show. Furthermore, Sakae is the designated choreographer for the concert of a Chinese well-known CCTV show “The Same Song” in Hangzhou and another concert of a Taiwan popular TV show “Kang Xi is Coming” in Shanghai. He has also been invited as a dance judge for a TV Program “QUEST USA” Hosted by David Wu in 2007.

In addition, he has won many dance competitions. Just to name a few:

• Aug 2007: Shanghai “on the Stage” National Street Dance Challenge, 3rd Place
• May 2009: Rucker Baskerball Park Street Dance Competition, Champion
• Sep 2009: Shanghai Tourist Festival Street Dance Battle, 2nd Place

Alexandra started dancing at a tender age of 5 years old in Russia. She is a member of folk group Fantaysia for children and teenagers from 1991-1999 and a member of folk group Ruskaya Storonka in 1999-2003. In 2003, she studied Irish tap dancing in Iridan dance school. She then joins one of the renowned oriental dancing group in Russia-Amrita in 2004.

Throughout her dancing years, she has emerge champion in several dance competition namely International dance marathon Mascow and St. Peterburg (Bollywood Dance Group, 2009 & 2010); and International Competition in Harkoy City (Belly Dance Duet, 2011). Besides all the above, she has more than 3 years teaching experience in Amrita.

In this class, we teach freestyle dancing in the form of modern hip hop moves. In freestyle dancing, you are your only limitation, do what you want to move your entire body to complement the music. Connect with the music, connect with the crowd, have confidence and just move your body.
